When opening the file to be merged, a few messages pop up. Select yes to those, and eventually it will ask for a data source. Choose to browse for the data source, and find the Excel file used for the merge. This will then open the Word document, and you can click the Mailings tab at the top of the screen, and select "Mail Merge". Choose the step-by-step merge, and follow the steps. At some point, you may be prompted to replace an incorrect value (the date, which was Schedule_June_2007), so replace that with the appropriate field. The merge will now be complete.
