A the time of this article's writing (8-8-07), Aurora does not support the new versions of Microsoft Office.  If the new version of Word (2007) has been installed and you are having problems, read this article.

To fix this problem, you need to close the Catering module and run the older version of Word.  When you do this, Word will make some configuration changes to the computer which will allow the Catering module to print.  You can now reopen the Catering module and you will be able to print.

Note: If you run Word 2007, it will stop working again.  Be sure to run Word 2003 any time after you run Word 2007, so the configuration is correct and the Catering module will work.
