Start by uninstalling\reinstalling Application Xtender. Disconnect and reconnect the scanner, making sure the cable is seated properly. After the uninstall\reinstall, restart the computer and make sure the correct data source and settings file have been set. Log into ScanXtender and choose the appropriate Scanner. Try a test batch scan and delete it afterwards. Have a user log into the computer and application Xtender with their own account. Have them continue as normal and confirm the scanner is communicating properly.
